Don & Jill, Ike, Molly, Star, Future, Rami, Jake, Paris, and Mani Coursey

We live in Baton Rouge, Louisiana yes the South.  Jill and I have been Doberman owners
since 1994.  I have raised other breeds of dogs.  I love the Labs., Roths, Great Danes, but the
Doberman is on top Of the list!  Why?  The Doberman is short hair, has no odor, no mange
problem, faster I feel, as smart if not smarter, and most of all my pick as best friend in the
world!  Of Course not including my Wife!

Jill and I live on two acres in the Central Baton Rouge area.  I believe that if you want a
Doberman for a Companion then get ready to be consumed by this one.  The Doberman will
demand his share of attention.

Food!

Jill and I am really funny about what we allow the Doberman to eat.  They only eat Iams Dog
Food for Large Breed.  Puppy Food until the age of two years of age.  They also eat milk
bones for teeth cleaning and pressed raw hide bones for teething.  Please allow these pets to
chew!  The worst thing I notice in pets is bad teeth or bad breath!  The coat is very important
so I give our pets boiled eggs once a week.  Please do not feed raw eggs to you pet because
number one, it will cut air flow because of being wet, number two the bacteria in the raw egg
is not healthy!

Ears!

The worst thing in the world is to see one of Ike's puppy's with a bad Ear Cut!  Please do just
a little research on this one!
